So, we activate all your ratings as soon possible – that way, you can start your health journey as soon as possible. This means that if only your step rating is available, we’ll use only your step rating to give you an overall Activity rating.

 

As your exercise ratings switch on, we’ll analyse that data and recalculate your overall Activity rating so that it is reflective of your Daily Average Step Count, Moderate Exercise Minutes and Intense Exercise Minutes.

 

If SimplyMe doesn’t have enough data to turn on your exercise ratings, or, conversely, gains enough data to switch them on, you’ll find your overall Activity rating changes to reflect that.
