We need 1 night of sleep data within a 28-day rolling time-window to generate your Sleep rating.
You can check how many nights of data we have by taking a look at your SimplyMe Time Asleep graph, just follow the instructions below.
Note: the screenshots displayed in this article may look slightly different to your screen depending on what applications you have installed!
Step 1. Open up the SimplyMe app and select the Sleep category
Step 2. Select 'Time Asleep'
Step 3. View your 30-day graph to see how many entries are displayed.
Already have 1 nights of valid sleep data on your graph but still no rating? We'll look into it. Simply contact our support team here and please include:
1. The subject title: Sufficient sleep data on my account but no rating generated
2. Your email address linked to your SimplyMe account so we can identify your account.
3. A screenshot of your 30-day Time Asleep graph.
